Direct Energy - Customer service has gone down with the Sun
Ever since they bought out Astrum Solar the customer service has been the worst. Astrum Solar in Maryland used to be the best.
They were proactive and helpful.
Direct Energy does not care about their customers after the money has been passed to their pockets. I have had faulty equipment that should be replaced under warranty but Direct doesn't care about that. They threaten with outrageous bills if they have to send out their people to look at the problem.
DO NOT purchase anything from them. I don't see how a company can stay in business for very long if they don't keep their word.
Perhaps their plan is to go out of business at the end of 2016. (end of federal incentives)
