I signed my business up for the discounted energy supplier. When it came to renewal, they were unavailable, the rep was no longer with the company, they wouldn.t return my calls and when I got the new bill it was over $300 over what they were charging.

Ridiculous. Customer service kept dragging me along and when I finally got to cancelling the service, including the up to 2 months of being ripped off while they process the cancellation, I lost over $1000. AND, they don't care. that's obviously what they do.

RIP OFF. I don't recommend anyone buying their line of *** as they will rip you off.

Monetary Loss: $1000.
