Furnace failed in Jan 2014. Service arrived March 2014. Excuse, cold winter!!! Doy!

Call in Jan resulted in purported verbal contract for service. Bills for unwanted service contract keep coming in. I won't pay. Customer service promised to check into the conversation for purported verbal contract in May (perhaps before) and promised report with about 2 weeks. Called today (July 29), report re-promised by end of this week.

Meanwhile, automated calls from Direct Energy collections agent come in. Probably more that 7 - 10 since May. The O/S balance on my account generates the calls automatically. I regard this behaviour as being rude and even harassing.

I can get my furnace serviced on as need basis probably cheaper that through this bunch of louts.
