I called customer sevice about the bill that i recieved, i am sure they made a mistake on my bill because it was too high, this lady name JAY employee id 5151**** i dont know if she's telling the truth about her name and number, she was very rude, she wasn't able to explain to me the things that i wanna know, she was arguing with me saying she knows everything, what kind of customer service is that? she's not knowledgeable about her job, all she knows is argue with the customer, i dont think she's fit for that job, she's very annoying and impatient! No help at all!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
