As per contract-(JUNE 2017)- I was suppose to get a 500 dollar visa gift card in three installments . I received first card last summer as promised for 150.

I was suppose to get second card for $150 after ONE YEAR of service, which was June 2018. I still have not received. I contacted rep on chat and was advised no record of that on my account. I am now contacting Wtf their ceo.

Wtf That is it so far. I am now trying to get their corp tn or an email, which is very difficult. I will also contact nj bpu-board of public utilities-nj bpu. I use to work for Verizon, so I know how it works, you right go to the top.

I know I will get my money. just hope I don't have to do this next year for my final 200 card.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
