Direct Energy in Locust Dale, Virginia - Added almost double what the actual bill was

i had a bill with direct energy. the amount of the bill is 365.97. when i get the bill from ers it is 1337.97. that is a heck of a lot of difference. i was going to pay the bill but now they can just eat it. that is crazy. they provided me with the old bill and it doesnt add up to that amount, i dont care what you try. i guess they think that people are so *** that they cant add. these people need to be turned in to the bbb or taken to court for trying to rip people off. nice try ers
