I ended my service with direct energy july 2018 during that call i gave them my forwarding address.Since then i wasted 35 working days for my deposit refund. Everytime i phoned them the always tell me the cheque was mail sept 13 .
All this time i havnt received yet any I phoned them everyweek to update but same amswer .There is no actions done for the refund yet. To think i paid the deposit once i hooked up with direct energy.
It ‘s too fustrating that i pay my bills on time yet took so much time to call and put on hold got same answer from csr. thank you!
