Rate was changed from 0.72to 0.1199 without notice or consent.Called and was told records were lost but would be paid back in full in 60 to 90 days.Amount paid $34.31,amount still owed $163.04.Called back and was told account records were found but account reps, were not there at this time and that they get back to me in two or three weeks.This last contact was on or about May 13 or 14 2013.This was my third time that I tried to resolve this matter.Because of the lack of cooperation and run around I will be fileing a complaint with the PUC.
