We got their "Plumbing & Drains" protection plan with our old furnace. About 9 months ago we got a new furnace so we called Direct Energy to cancel this plan.
They said no problem, but next month it's still there. Called them again and waited an hour on hold, they said there was a mistake but they would cancel it now. This has been going on for about 9 months now, with countless calls but every month the charges are back on our bill.
These guys are crooks and should be held to task by some government agency.
DON'T EVER USE DIRECT ENERGY !! Spread the word!!!!
