Pos customer service, I've found a better rate and my bill isn't due til 9/3/2014....it's the 27th of August and there calling me for payment already harassing me...

Same thing - our bill is due on 9/15/2014 and for some reason they are calling asking us to pay the bill today. No, that is why there is a due date. We are so tired of their customer service and their horrible rates! Switched to another provider on 8/26/14 - can't wait to be rid of Direct Energy!!
