Beware! Direct Energy Heating Service contract with a total waste of money.
They are unable to have one of their own service company come to repair my boiler, After 2 weeks I was given authorization by them to get. 3rd part to do the repair. Its been over 60 days and still waiting for them . every time I call, I have to search for a different number cause 3 of them have been disconnected.
I have to repeat my issue with new service people who have no idea what to do and re-email my claim.
Also, they have been unable to schedule my yearly heating inspection now goingn on form 60 days. Stay clear of them if you want service or a repair and value for your money.
