Direct Energy - Unacceptable customer service

I was with direct energy for about two years at first I thought direct energy was the best company ever. Toward the end of my contract I noticed a change within there customer service and professionalism not in a good way.
The representative are very rude and try to out talk you when you trying to explain what is going on with your account. Then they have habit of login false information about the conversation.
They will cover there mistakes and try justify their error without compensate the customer. I DON'T RECOMMEND DIRECT ENERGY SERVICES.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
