My rental water tank was broken, I called in to end up getting an appointment for next day. Waiting 4 hours, technician came in and decided to come back next day to replace.

Next day, nobody called me to confirm when they come, I was kept waiting for 4 hours. I called in the office and they said they DO NOT know where the technician is.

After telling them that they should know where the technician is, they put me on hold for 20 minutes, i just gave up.

10 minutes later, a company technician called me and tried to reschedule for another appointment.

This is what's called 24-hr service DE always brags about.
