THEY DISCONNECT ME 47 TIMES IN ONE DAY SO FAR WHEN I SAY I WANT TO GO BACK TO THE COMPANY I LEFT AS THEY DID NOT RIP ME OFF AS DIRECT ENERGY DID.

THEY GO TO SWITCH ME AND LOSE ME OVER AND OVER.

I WROTE LETTERS WHICH DONT GET ANSWERED.

I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE THAT IT IS.

THIS *** CONTINUES FOR MONTHS.

THE WORST PART IS YOU ON ON HOLD FOR NO EXAGGERATION FOR HOURS BEFORE THEY TRANSFER AND LOSE YOU.

IN THE END I BEGGED THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED NOT TO TRANSFER ME TO ANYONE AS I WAS ON HOLD 2 HOUORS 12 MINUTES ALREADY. SHE SAID DONT WORRY AND THEN LOST THE CALL.
